It's getting cold

Today we saw a few snowflakes in Edinburgh. Nothing that would last for more than a second, but it was there. I would love to see this city in the snow, and only for a small part because of the total paralysis that Britain in the snow must be undergoing, if any of my friends' reports are accurate.

When I tried to capture the snowflakes from my window, I noticed bits of ice on my windowsill. They made for a far better picture, so here they are.
