Delivering olives, waiting for the olive oil
Farmers deliver their olives around November-December to the local oil mill. Today, they are going to collect the precious olive oil in bottles of 1 or 5 liters.
I´ve put some photos on my Facebook Page
with some portraits of farmers who have been doing that all their life. Rural Spain desperately needs new generations to carry on with the family properties.
