Getting the hen ready

B's cousin is getting married next month, her little nieces helped her get ready for a very sedate 'family/child friendly' hen afternoon tea.

It was really lovely and a couple of bottles of champagne helped it feel a little more grown up.

A traditional hen night is happening in a week or two's time - we are not in attendance; probably a good thing....

We wave goodbye to B's mum in the morning, the time with her has been fun but as always has gone too quickly.
