Rainy day reading

It has been a dreadful day of wet and windy weather. Now that I am safely tucked up at home, some light reading. I know Alex Ferguson may not be to everyone's taste (though I can't think why) but his story of unparalleled success, firstly with Aberdeen and then with Manchester United, bears examination to discover his 'secrets' of management - whatever sphere we may work in.
What would be interesting to read are some of his thoughts on the current plight of his team, now that he has retired.
