Marmalade.
Fingers crossed please, this jar of marmalade is off to take part in the World Marmalade Festival. I wonder if I can improve on my previous silver award? Time will tell, I'll find out when the Festival takes places at Dalemain House near Penrith on 1st and 2nd March.
