Another day, another film set

After seeing my Blip from yesterday one of my friends pointed out a mistake; it wasn't Gotham City, it was Metropolis. Gotham City was actually the home of Batman, not Superman. Perhaps if they'd made a film of Batman rather than Superman it might not have been so bad? Thanks for keeping me right, Graham!

What I can be sure of is that this is Bletchley Park. Well actually it isn't, it's Chicheley Hall, but it doubled for Bletchley Park in the 2001 film 'Enigma'. I remember that during the filming they built a guard room next to the entrance roughly where I'm standing; entirely made of painted plywood but so realistic that even standing right next to it, it was difficult to tell it wasn't the real thing.

Dreadful weather today; indeed, I had an 'emergency' indoor Blip all ready until the wind dropped and the sun came out so I took the opportunity to nip out. At least I've had a good excuse to watch the Curling from Sochi.
