Very grey and very wild

I have to say I really didn't stay long on the beach. I popped out briefly to stock up on fabric glue, Will is complaining he has got a pile of badges but he still looks like a new Beaver. Writing that has reminded me I actually now have to do something with the bloody glue or else he will still be looking like a new Beaver tomorrow.

Roald Dahl day went well, Will was delighted with his outfit choice - normal clothes, a large pelican puppet and the bloody monkey that laughs and rolls round the floor. No one else had taken props, I think he was delighted with the attention. His teacher looked marvellous with her bright orange oompah lumpa face.

Daisy got drenched, that'll learn her to ignore her mother on the coat front. And now I am watching the girls lay one down in the half pipe. I so could have been a snow boarder.......
