Lighting Up

It was a dreich day but we have nothing to complain about. Good luck to everyone in the south and north-west.

A day of meetings and dropping plans to pick up urgent requests. This is becoming a familiar, unhelpful pattern.

Never mind. I came home to watch some of the Sochi games. I adore the Winter Olympics. I used to make a joke that all Canadian girls were born with figure skates on and all boys with hockey skates but the women hockey players are showing the men how the game is played. I found myself raising my voice rather dramatically cheering on Team Canada vs the USA. What a great result for my home team!
