Public transport

A couple of days ago, I blipped this bus stop, and a couple of people wanted to see the bus. Today I stood at that bus stop and here's the bus as it passes the Fulford Inn.
We've only had public transport since 2008. The bus schedule coincides with the schedules of the three ferries that come to the island. This particular bus picks up passengers from the ferry that comes from Victoria. I wish that there was a stop closer to us. I could easily walk the 5 km down to this stop to catch the bus, but I wouldn't want to hike back up the hill carrying my weekly groceries.

EDIT: I should have mentioned that hitchhiking is still popular here.
