Eyes

I got my "new" 70-200mm VR F2.8 lens yesterday, so of course i had so stick it on the V1, shoot at stupidly slow shutter speeds handheld indoors in poor light.

My hubby was a rather unwilling victim, shot at 1/25 sec, F2.8, ISO 1600 at 200mm (540mm equiv). The VR is the older type and rated for 3 stops slower speeds but I make that 5 stops with the equivalent crop factor and it's still pretty sharp!

I can't wait to try this lens out properly sometime, on the V1 or on my D800 it looks like a great lens. (Vignette is added after it was shot!!)
