More then just a work out

Yippee it's Friday :) work was less stressful as we had less children so it wasn't so cramped in our temporary room.

After work me and Becky went to the gym to have a complementary personal training session, we thought we would just go in have a talk and have a little workout... Wow it was more then a workout, I think he may have been trying to kill us we could just about walk to the changing rooms let about have a shower and then go home.
