My New (temporary) School View

This photo was hurriedly taken from a window in the Chad Varah building in Lincoln Bailgate, which will be the home to my new school for the first year of opening. Rotten photo but great view!

In other news, I ate porridge again and haven't died.
I did a lactate text and ran my arse off.
My diet is apparently shocking.
I have amazingly low internal fat stores and flexibility of an elite athlete!
And I can run with my heart rate at 189 bpm and not die...although I was very red and sweaty!
