Winter! Or perhaps not....

To the delight of the kids, winter has arrived in the form of snow. To their immense irritation, the snow stopped falling after about half an hour - so school was not cancelled and a day off was not in prospect. Much wailing and gnashing of teeth, despite the little skivers having proper, sanctioned holidays from tomorrow until Tuesday.

On the good news front, the sainted Mrs F was off today so no need to de-frost her car this morning. On the not so good news front - I wasn't.
