FMS Feb day 12 - out and about

A combination of another frustrating day at work and the horrendous weather meant that I had no chance of a true 'out and about' shot today.

After I had rescued the guineapigs from their hutch in the wind and rain, then repaired some damage to the gas meter door outside I decided some quality mummy daughter time was needed. I suggested a jigsaw but madam turned her nose up at that and wanted to play a game instead.

This is a 'round the world' game with several different possible games within it, all designed to encourage an interest in geography. So in a way we did get out and about around the world. Three games played, three games lost, just typical of the day really! But what mattered was that I managed to relax for a bit. And this was my happy time for #100happydays too.

Wish this wind would drop - it's howling around the house at the moment.
