Two Gulls and a Mann
Day Four:
A little before sunrise, I woke to a dense fog outside and in my head. Wishfully I decided to make my way to the beach. It took forty minutes or so before the sun could burn off the fog, but when it did it was glorious.
My head also cleared out whatever it was that was clouding my thoughts. Amazing the burst of energy I had following the sun's appearance.
Much like people, no two days are ever alike. Each morning brings it's own vibe to the day. Some start quickly and others need to drift in, ...some start cloudy while also shine beautifully, ... some raise hell while others open the heavens, but they all have good in them.
I ran into an old friend (smile moment) that I haven't seen in a couple of years. As we were catching up it became clear how each of us had been through some deep valleys all the while losing touch with each other. Wouldn't it have been comforting to navigate through those times together?
Recognizing that, we realized no matter what we're going through at any moment, others are also journeying on through their own highs and lows. A realization we both said we'd try to remember in the future.
This proved to be another physically demanding day ...though it was nap worthy, it never received such an honor.
Pray on...
