Snow craze

Meet Vaughn, our friendly grocery store produce restocker, who always makes a point of asking if he can help with something. I like this chap a lot for his sunny disposition and 'can-do' attitude.

When I asked to take his picture, he wanted to know why. 'Personal project of mine' I said 'portraits of DC residents.' He replied 'that's cool; I'm down with that. But come back to let me sign my picture once you publish your book." Gotta love him! ;)

And btw, I went to the grocery store, not because I really needed anything, but to see first hand the shopping craze in progress due to an impending major snow storm - up to a foot of the white stuff… the next couple of days should be interesting...
