Morning walk

Early in the morning I get a call from John: "If you hurry up and get out quickly, you can get some cool blips here..." I did not dash out the door that very moment, and went to the Dike instead of where he has directed me, but I was so thankful for the "heads up". The Redwing Blackbirds were singing their melodious tunes, all thankful for the dissapearing snow. The mist kept wafting over the fields in ever changing shapes. It felt almost warm! This was one of my favorites.
