Mussels on Saturday Night

Whenever possible we have mussels on a Saturday night. Fresh mussels, that have to be purchased from the fishmonger in Kilsyth in the morning before they sell out. Anne cooks them with garlic, parsley, shallots, white wine and cream - so tasty ! Perfect with a glass of Chablis.

We watched Strictly Come Dancing, followed by the X Factor.
