Floundering around.

I have a number of cook books with the most amazing food shots. Some are great food compositions some are just awesome shots of ordinary things like a couple of lemons and a salt shaker.

I floundered around in desperation trying to take a spectacular shot of this superb flounder I was gifted today. Unfortunately i think the shot came out a bit flat !!
