" Dunnock"

I have been trying to catch this little for ages...... he lives in the hedge between me and my neighbour !
Today we have sunshine ! ( yesterday I didn't even bother to get dressed as the weather was dreadful!)
Today I'm off into Cambridge to deliver one of our sessions on Mental Health in a school.... it never ceases to amaze me how the kids respond, especially when we show a 3 minute film, you can here a pin drop whilst its being shown. Anyone wanting to have a look, go on Youtube " Time to Change" and then select the clip called "The stand up kid" its so powerful..... and I ask them all to share it on Facebook at the end, perhaps you could do the same! x
