redevelopment. this wasn't my original blip choice but i went back and changed it, i think there's more of a story here. almost every day after work i head over to this neighbourhood to see what's changed since the previous day. the past two days, i've come across the guy you see here, who just stands around pensively looking out over this wasteland. i kinda wonder what his story is. he's been here at exactly the same time both days, just as i have. if he's there again tomorrow maybe i'll have to ask him...
