It's a tree
It's a lovely day, brisk wind and sunny. I've been out and taken several photos but definitely not inspired. This is a local tree that draws me back for no apparent reason, perhaps because I'd like to see beyond it but can't. I really dislike my photos turned into black and white and tried it with this one, but no, it had to be in colour. It may stem back to childhood when all photos were b&w and I longed for colour.
Grandad Goldsworthy would have been 110 today. He was lovely and I remember my last walk with him from his home in Redruth, up to Gwennap Pit and back. We had lots to talk about, although I can't remember a word. I was only 10. I loved my summer's down there.
