Alien cloud formations

I have just been shopping and as I was pushing our two trolleys back to the shop I looked up and saw:
The Alien Cloud Formation it may not look the very big in my quick Blip! But it was huge looked like a big merengue suspended near the shop .

Anyone know if this sort of cloud has a name?

Just bought the Valentine's meal for two chicken liver parfait in a heart shape dish.
