New Laptop..

We ordered a new laptop for Kris about 3 weeks ago and it has been nothing but a pain ever since!! First the one we ordered was not in stock...took them 9days to inform us of this though, then ordered another and problem with delivery so third time lucky and he eventually got his laptop...better like it now!
