......So the scene goes something like this...

Private message on fb from a good mate yesterday

"Have you got half an hour to spare in the afternoon tomorrow?"
Answer from me "Yes" - more messages go back and forward which included .."Phone a friend!!" - I said "Ok"

So we headed out today to the rendezvous point for a charity photo shoot and it was all a bit mad but great fun...and the remnants of the event - a bike, a helmet and a lovely red lycra suit which was just super to wear!!
