Turbocharged writing

A day indoors. Spent some of it on the phone to a chum who lives in Wraysbury, the Berkshire village that has been in the news rather a lot over recent days. Residents have an unwanted house guest at the moment. Water, and rather a lot of it. He's on looter duty tonight. It's an unfortunate necessity. A boat was stolen from his road today.

It's rather ironic that one of the main streets in Wraysbury is called Welley Road!

This little model car/pen, that I brought back from the Paris Motor Show a couple of years ago, is a favourite amongst the motoring artefacts that adorn my office. It sums up how I have spent today. Writing. About cars.
