A rare visit to the doctor today with a request for a full checkup...

It's taken me months to finally admit that I need to get myself sorted out health wise.

So, today's photo is of the Waiting Room of Doom in which I spent 20 mins reflecting on the number of illnesses I could potentially infect myself with by inhaling contaminated air.

It was dismal...
