Dawn Delay

The morning train was delayed just enough to pop down the beach for the dawn. The timing was about perfect as well, if only the cloud on the horizon had cleared a little but still a nice way to start the day.

Then off to Edinburgh for a rare day sitting with my team, but otherwise the same old talking and writing for a living.

Home to wait for a Tesco delivery and definitely no running - my knees need a rest.
