Slippy

I nearly went arse over elbow at lunchtime. Reality changed to slow motion as I saw my right heel slide forward, my left leg buckle, my arm come up around head height, and my balance restored just before trouser hit slab. Who knows what it looked like to anyone else but it felt like a pretty impressive recovery.

Then a helicopter passed outside our first floor window. Kind of. Very low flying search and rescue helicopter searching the river - as seen here.
