What's going on with the weather?

Nice and sunny (for a change) today so we thought we'd go "up the Lickeys" for a walk - and it hailed on us!
Some lovely views across Brum with patches of sunlight and patches of black - even a bit of a rainbow, but the pics don't do it justice so I'm blipping this tree two years on.
