More tulips....
Technique Challenge - Week 2 - Slow Synch flash
So, slow sync flash. I wasn't sure what I was going to do for this - I had thought about taking something on the way home from work, but to be quite honest I was bushed, so I ended up coming home before even thinking about this. I'd seen AlexB's version - and that gave me the idea of doing something indoors - and I figure my tulips may as well come into use again.
As I'm not that coordinated, I figured that movement would be best provided by my camera, rather than trying to move the flowers - so I experimented with quite a few tyles of movement - up and down, right to left but the one I liked best was the circular just go-for-it-move-the-camera-like-crazy picture. I'd tried rear curtain and first curtain sync, but found it easier to get the flowers where I wanted with the first curtain sync.
I'm really rather pleased how it turned out - rather abstract - and glad to try out a technique I'd not played with before.
