One Beautiful Thing Today

The east coast of the United States got hammered by a storm that dumped rain, sleet, ice, and snow from Georgia all the way up the east coast.

My unofficial measurements in my yard show that we got about 13" or 33 cm and we are due for another 2 - 4 inches tonight.

I was able to work from home today and took "breaks" to shovel that miserable white stuff. When the snow let up, I threw a bunch of bird seed on the snow and this cardinal was the first bird to show up for the buffet.
