Euston at last

Benches outside Euston station. I had to travel down to London today, which turned out to be more complicated than expected as most of the rail network was either shut down or in the process of shutting down, or at least that was how it felt. The previous one out of Birmingham was cancelled about a minute before it was due to arrive. Judging by the number of people waiting, and the desperate stampede to the train that did arrive I think several others before it had probably been cancelled too, but then being stranded in New Street station can do strange things to people after a while. Anyway, I was glad to get there and in the light of what was happening elsewhere on 'Wild Wednesday' a slow train doesn't really register.
