Pizza! Pizza!

It felt almost spring like here in Muskoka today! The sun was shining, the snow was melting and it was lovely to be out in it!

We made homemade pizza tonight! Here is the beautifully risen dough! It made a very satisfying noise when I knocked it back! The pizza was delicious even if we did start with a bit of a pizza stone disaster, as it smoked out the kitchen! Pizza mesh to the rescue and the crust was wonderful and crisp if I do say so myself!!
