Rural Landscape

We live on the other side of the stubble hill! This morning we went off for a walk around the wetlands and along the beach! I took my 70 - 200 for an outing, hoping for some magnificent bird capture - not so!
Enough of Gazanias.

However, I did like the view from the beach looking westward, it was those white fluffy clouds hugging the hills that appealed most.

An unexpected visitor and a phone yarn with the folk holidaying in Wanaka helped me enjoy the morning.

This afternoon I've sat at the computer (on my knee while watching cricket)....soon dinner will be ready - chicken (slow cooked in honey and soya sauce), potatoes, silverbeet, carrots and corn.
