Plants at Plean

Our walk today took us to Plean Country Park. It was again dull and damp so it was surprising to come across this rhododendron covered in pink flowers - a freak of nature surely created by the wet and mild winter. Further on we found large clumps of lichen growing on the ground- again quite unusual - and then of course there were snowdrops in some profusion.
