Meet Sara

This is Sara, one of the volunteers who knits clothes for premature babies born at the Selian Lutheran Hospital in Arusha, Tanzania.

IMPACT has helped to completely refurbish the hosptial's Maternity Unit: ‘Before we were working in a difficult area, with no bed sheets, broken beds, no blankets, lack of sutures, broken autoclave machine, broken laundry machines, incomplete delivery kits’, describes the headmidwife.
