A magical Mystery Tour

We visited some old college friends (old, in the sense that we have known them for 40 years!) in West Kirby, near Liverpool this weekend. We have never been to Liverpool before and so Keith and Vanessa took us on a tour of all the things we wanted to see, the Liver Building, the Mersey, Anfield, Aintree, Strawberry Fields and Penny Lane. Not sure which one to choose but went for this one in the end. We also went to 'Paddy's Wigwam' which apparently is what they call the beautiful Roman Catholic Cathedral there. It was absolutely stunning. We had a really good day.
