Point Vicente Lighthouse

Continuing on my Southern California trip, today we visited Point Vicente Lighthouse in Rancho Palos Verdes. The lighthouse was built in 1926 and now is the cornerstone of an interpretive center.

Cheryl and I traveled north from here just a couple of miles and walked to the beach and spotted grey whales! That was exciting!
