Quand on a que l'amour

Day off work today. Unfortunately was a bit dull but we had a fun walk this morning. And then while Mme SwRo went off to do some shopping, I went out for a little run. Felt good, so decided to do the weekly long run today. 32km including 3*4km at marathon pace.

Just watched a bit of the Olympics. Brilliant gold in the Skeleton. Crazy sport!
And now taking wifey out for dinner.
