Stupid safety signs

2nd day of my Dense wave division multiplexing (DWDM) course which I actually enjoyed. The best bit about it was it finished at 12:30pm so I cud catch the 13:35 train back to birmingham.

Whilst waiting for the train in Newcastle I noticed a sign on the side of the train, danger tilting train (pic). Now I could be wrong but the train has to travel over 100mph before it can tilt, therefore how would u read that little sign on the side of the train traveling at 100mph+? Who was the genius who thought of that safety sign.
