Anyway, we used yet another of his recipes this evening, "secret steak" and chips. No that's not a steak that K eats in darkness, it's a steak that's more economical.

So a trip to Glen's, where the poor chap nearly had a heart attack, his normally flush customers asking for something half the price of sirloin. Well recipe book in hand we followed Jamie to the letter and it was delicious, even pan fried green beans.

What we didn't explain to Glen, was what we saved on steak we spent on the red wine...oh well !
