Whin /Gorse

"When the Whin (Gorse) is out of flower ...Kissing's out of fashion!"
And there is usually a bush in flower somewhere!!
This bush is just coming into flower again, vibrant yellow against the green foliage, however look at these prickly long thorns in the branches! ....ooya! Ouch! A very unforgiving bush!! Especially on the golf course!

Not a bad start to the day however downhill weather wise about 3pm as forecast...rain, sleet, snow, rain oh and wind!!
