365: Preparation

Although I've never eaten there, the Gardener's Cottage on London Road, Edinburgh, is certainly working. What I especially love is the fact that they grow all their own vegetables in the back garden, and are outside most days preparing the veg for that evening's meal.
I am fully supportive of anyone who is prepared to work and these guys are definitely working hard. Best of luck to you and I wish you all the success in the world.
