Running Blip

Not a blip from a run, but a blip as a result of running.
The Sussex Grand Prix is a year-long competition for runners in Sussex.

My good lady couldn't be at the presentation because she had to be at home looking after the littlun, and I was obliged to attend on official duties.

Anyway, I brought home her silverware (and some for our club, which is unusual) , this being the one for leading lady of a certain age. Not bad considering the littlun still keeps her up half of the night demanding refreshments.
