Evening Meadows jewels

Today I dashed from meeting to meeting - 8 in total - clutching (amongst the usual paraphernalia of papers and iPad) a big box of tissues. Yes, I have caught another cold. One of the Assistant Deans was in three of the meetings with me, and he witnessed my gradual demise at three points during the day: 10:30; 13:00, and 16:00.

Needless to say, I headed home as soon as I could and went straight to bed after supper. I blipped the moon over the Meadows on my walk home. I like the blurred effect of the lamps, like a necklace under Arthur's Seat (just visible in profile, if you look carefully).

Exercise today: morning loops in 27'54", sit-ups, weights, walked to work and back again (2 hours).
