Supple Squirrel!

No photograph can ever completely show the antics of this grey squirrel in my garden this morning. He was determined to get at the seeds in the bird feeder so .... first he climbed up the thin metal pole supporting the feeders ..... he sat on the top thinking about his next move .... he crawled along the metal arm before turning himself upside down to have his lunch of sunflower seeds ..... but he wasn't finished then ..... the half coconut shell hanging from the clothes pole caught his eye ..... into mid-air he launched himself to land on the knob of the clothes pole .... a quick bottoms up and his head was inside the coconut. Such determination and agility has to be admired!
