Happy Valentines Day

Monte bought me this beautiful flower arrangement. We went to Kevin and Mary's for dinner. Huge succulant shrimp, a lovely steak, wild rice, fresh crisp asparagus, and a lovely cake with raspberry jam and cream layers. Dieting tomorrow!
We also heard the latest news in the hood. Don't know how I missed the news report but a 26 yr old man drove off a cliff not far from their house. Fortunately, a passerby noticed the tracks in the snow and investigated. He fell 60 ft, was wearing only a t-shirt and boxer shorts (in -13 degree weather), and was semi conscience when found. He was suffering from hyperthermia. Alcohol was involved. This is the 3rd person this winter where alcohol was involved in a hyperthermia case. One young woman lost her fingers and toes and may yet lose more. I believe she also suffered some brain damage. She was stiff when they discovered her on a neighbors porch. Its a miracle they've all survived.
