Flower Power

Out this morning supporting our junior orienteers at a small local event. Helped to collect controls at the end. Although the weather was not brilliant I enjoyed coaching followed by the quiet that descends in the woods once the competitors leave. Just have to restore energy levels to compete for the club tomorrow at Guisecliffe in the Compass Sport Cup. This is a team competition where the best performances score points for the club.

I did not take the camera so had to head out round Pickering to grab a quick picture before the end of the day. Glad I spotted this bloom nestled in amongst the snowdrops.
