Low tide

Had a walk round Rhos on sea this morning and then called in at one of our Estate Agents. ( We have the house for sale with 3!) This one was having an 'Open Day' at his new premises which were very smart. Drinks and nibbles were on offer. This was a different Agent to the one who arranged yesterday's viewing. Haven't had any feedback about that , as yet. Not very hopeful though.
